Jingproject.com is a very easy to use tool that allows you to upload screen captures and videos to any online conferencing media. I have also posted the link in the Teacher Resources section of my blog. Give it a try, and have fun!
HERE IS A DEMONSTRATION VIDEO that I made to show how Jingproject may be used.

Hey Marcia, thanks for posting this. I am trying to learn how to use it but am having trouble with the video function. i have two questions, I cannot seem to get the sound (mic) to record, any suggestions? Also, if I save the video file to my computer it doesn't recognize the file type, what program do I have to have installed to open the video file directly from my computer and not use the online link? Thanks again,

Billie, I'm so glad that you gave this a try! Honestly, I watched the tutorial, then made my own, all in about 10 minutes! I was so surprised at how easy it was. As for the microphone, I wonder if the Jing mic is muted. This happened to me today because I accidentally clicked on the mic icon in Jing while I was recording a video (icon is at the bottom of the video screen). To fix it, I had to start recording the video again, and re-click on the mic icon to turn off mute.
ReplyDeleteAs for saving the video, I have not tried that yet. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for commenting!
